Greetings again farm foodies! I am almost out of all of my CSA goods but I still had a few heads of cabbage in the fridge. To me, cabbage and sausage are a wonderful combination. Maybe it stems from my love of bratwurst and sour kraut. Anyway, I made up this recipe and it turned out pretty amazing. I brought it to a family gathering and didn’t even have any left to bring home! Woot! So here it is. Enjoy!
